I had called 5 other roofing companies to which the responses were 3x over budget from what insurance was offering, to no call backs, to one guy who just said, "I concede", and got back in his truck and left. I fought 16 months with the insurance company, haggling, and they had to keep coming out to justify giving us $100 or $200 to come close to what the roof would cost. Matt even spoke with them to tell them about wrong measurements and what materials cost now. He really saw how frustrated I was.
